The hyper acceleration of the digital world has contributed to significant changes in the world of work. New professions and new ways of doing our jobs have emerged, and as a result, HR recruitment teams are changing, as they increasingly prioritize people's soft skills and not just technical skills.
With the changes that are emerging, what will be the most valued interpersonal skills and how can digital transformation influence the future of professions? This article will present the soft skills that are increasingly valued and the professions that will dominate the future.
