Abstract

Today's society values what is unique, different, and original. And this trend has already spread to the business world, changing the old-fashioned view that everyone should see the world in the same way, thinking and acting also in the same way. In this article, I talk about the importance of concepts such as Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, explaining what they consist of, how they can positively affect the company and its employees and offering some suggestions on how to make a difference.

But is this trend here to stay?
