Digital transformation, Soft Skills and new professions

In the last three years we have witnessed changes in the digital and technological realm at a breakneck pace. In this article, an overview of the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the digital transformation is presented, as well as its link to the new demands of the labor market for the contemporary employee, highlighting key characteristics on the emotional and behavioral sphere of the latter. The future careers on the spotlight are also mentioned, as well as the main transformations in the labor world, and the importance of Soft Skills in an outstanding professional.
