Resumo

Este artigo analisa a evolução do comércio, desde os modelos tradicionais até ao surgimento do social commerce, destacando desafios e oportunidades encontrados ao longo do caminho. Explora o papel do imediatismo no e-commerce, a integração de tecnologias avançadas no social commerce e os impedimentos na intuitividade, com foco no caso do pagamento via Instagram. Por meio de uma reflexão crítica, discutimos o impacto da evolução do comércio e como as restrições geográficas afetam a acessibilidade e a eficácia das estratégias de social commerce das empresas em todo o mundo.
