Abstract

he present work discusses the three aspects of criticism of the natural rights of men, such as: traditionalist (formulated by Edmund Burke), utilitarist (proposed by Jeremy Bentham) and Marxist (by Karl Marx). It starts with the analysis of what each thinker proposed in his critical line for a general conclusion about the criticism made to the natural rights of men contained in the declaration of the 19th century and its impact on the construction and solidification of human rights.
