Conexão Mulheres An Alumni-Led Model for Advancing Women’s Leadership Through Mentorship

Abstract

Conexão Mulheres is an alumni-led mentorship program developed by Fundação Dom Cabral (FDC) to promote women’s leadership and professional growth. The initiative connects experienced female leaders with women seeking career development, creating a supportive environment for knowledge sharing, networking, and leadership development. Through mentorship, peer learning, and community engagement, the program helps participants build confidence, expand opportunities, and strengthen their leadership potential, having already impacted more than 700 women.
