O capital do silêncio: O direito à desconexão como pilar da eficácia organizacional

A transição digital e o trabalho remoto reduziram as fronteiras entre as esferas pessoal e profissional, induzindo uma expectativa de disponibilidade contínua. Este texto analisa o impacto da hiperconectividade no desempenho das equipas, demonstrando que o distanciamento psicológico e o direito à desconexão são fatores de restauração cognitiva indispensáveis à eficiência operacional. O cruzamento entre indicadores de saúde ocupacional e modelos neurocientíficos sobre os limites da atenção humana evidencia a necessidade de reestruturar os fluxos comunicacionais corporativos. A transição para a comunicação assíncrona viabiliza a flexibilização das respostas, potenciando a atenção sustentada e mitigando a sobrecarga cognitiva decorrente do stresse laboral. A preservação dos períodos de descanso estabelece-se como uma variável estratégica de vantagem competitiva, uma vez que as organizações que salvaguardam os tempos de recuperação biológica e social apresentam maior capacidade de retenção de capital humano qualificado, desempenho superior e inovação.
