Entre a liderança e a felicidade no trabalho: percepções de colaboradores em regime híbrido

O trabalho híbrido ganhou força em Portugal após a pandemia da COVID-19, alterando a forma como as pessoas trabalham e se sentem no contexto profissional. Este estudo explora a ligação entre a qualidade da relação com a chefia, avaliada através da LMX, e os níveis de felicidade no trabalho em colaboradores que se encontram neste regime. Para o efeito, combinou-se uma análise quantitativa com contributos qualitativos. Os resultados mostram que, de forma geral, existe uma boa relação com os líderes, embora a felicidade no trabalho surja apenas em níveis moderadamente positivos. Um dos aspetos menos conseguidos continua a ser o apoio incondicional por parte das chefias. Os dados qualitativos reforçam a importância da proximidade e disponibilidade dos líderes, evidenciando dificuldades como a gestão do tempo, sentimentos de ansiedade e algum isolamento. Em conjunto, verifica-se que uma liderança mais próxima e empática é fundamental para o sucesso do trabalho híbrido.
