Construção de marcas fortes em redes empresariais multi-negócio

A gestão de marcas em redes multi-negócios exige mais do que a aplicação de modelos rígidos, ou seja, requer uma adaptação constante para se conseguir equilibrar a autonomia de cada marca com a identidade da marca principal. Este artigo analisa como a arquitetura de marca e a procura pela coerência do portfólio permitem que o reconhecimento de uma marca principal influencie a aceitação de um novo projeto de uma submarca por parte do público. Apesar disso, a aplicação prática destes conceitos traz desafios reais às empresas onde a distância entre a estratégia da liderança e a execução das equipas no terreno pode comprometer a confiança do consumidor. Assim, o sucesso nestes contextos depende da existência de uma comunicação interna que alinhe os colaboradores com os valores da organização. Pode-se concluir que, a gestão de um portfólio vasto implica ajustes frequentes que demonstrem que a rede está “viva”.
