O impacto da inteligência artificial generativa na comunicação empresarial: eficiência, ética e o fator humano

A introdução da Inteligência Artificial Generativa (IAG) nas organizações marca a passagem de modelos de execução para modelos de curadoria crítica. Este artigo analisa como a IAG altera a eficácia da comunicação empresarial, atuando como um copiloto que otimiza a produtividade, mas exige novos standards éticos e de literacia algorítmica. A partir de uma análise teórica e crítica da literacia recente explora-se a relação entre a velocidade de produção e os riscos de reputação que a distorção de dados pode causar. O estudo conclui que a eficácia operacional depende da reestruturação da governação corporativa, onde o fator humano assegura o papel ético e do propósito estratégico. É imprescindível que os profissionais de comunicação tenham um papel de supervisão e fiscalização dos conteúdos, num mundo automatizado.
