Perfis e competências I-D: Da transformação identitária e gestão de carreiras à gestão de talentos

A evolução dos perfis e competências de Informação Documentação tem sido objeto de intenso debate entre os profissionais nos últimos 20 anos, destacando-se atualmente duas dinâmicas: o alargamento do campo profissional com o aparecimento de novos perfis no mercado de trabalho, confirmando a importância crescente da interdisciplinaridade na formação dos profissionais e, a diversidade de identidades associadas às formas de gestão da carreira (individual) e às formas de gestão do talento (organizacional). Tendo como objetivo participar no debate em curso e apresentar novos contributos sobre os possíveis efeitos do gap de competências nesta fase de transformação digital, discute-se o papel estratégico da recomposição dos perfis profissionais I-D face às mudanças associadas à aplicação da tecnologia digital em todos os aspetos da sociedade.
