The integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) into the field of Law represents a significant paradigm shift in both legal education and professional practice. By enabling innovative methodologies, AI contributes to a more dynamic and interactive approach to legal knowledge, fostering critical thinking, creativity, and adaptability among future legal professionals. Its application in pedagogical contexts supports active learning models, such as the case method, legal clinics, and design thinking, which emphasize experiential learning and practical problem-solving. Through advanced data analysis, intelligent systems can process legal doctrine, legislation, and case law, allowing users to identify patterns and jurisprudential trends. This contributes to a more informed and efficient application of the law, while promoting greater consistency and predictability in judicial decisions. AI facilitates access to vast volumes of legal information and serves as a valuable instrument for optimizing legal strategies and case management. Its ability to simulate legal scenarios, akin to virtual courts, provides a platform for testing arguments and exploring potential outcomes. Additionally, as a virtual educational environment comparable to platforms such as Moodle, AI fosters collaborative learning through discussion forums, simulations, and role-playing exercises, thus extending the boundaries of traditional legal education.
