This presentation explores how universities can create lifelong relationships with students and alumni through early engagement, traditions and alumni activities. It presents the Kaunas University of Technology (KTU) case, showing how mentoring, networking events, career activities and alumni initiatives help strengthen connections between students, graduates and the university.
