Koç University Alumni Mentor Network: An Institutional Model” presents the development of a structured alumni mentorship program designed to connect students with experienced alumni while strengthening alumni engagement. The initiative evolved from fragmented mentoring efforts into a centralized institutional model managed by the Alumni Relations Office, with clear processes for application, evaluation, matching, and follow-up. The program uses a human-centered approach, carefully matching mentors and mentees based on professional background, industry, location, and career interests. Continuous support, communication, and assessment ensure high-quality mentoring relationships. The network reaches approximately 150 mentors and 200 mentees annually, achieving high satisfaction rates among both groups. The presentation concludes that mentorship is not only a student-support mechanism but also a strategic tool for alumni engagement, community building, and long-term institutional development.
